COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS
Christmas Gifts for Food Bank Children
In addition to the food collections for the Northern Lehigh Food bank, we will be participating in the children's gift giving program for food bank clients and are asking for donations of gifts for these children. 

Christmas Gifts for Riverstone Manor Residents
We will be purchasing gifts for the residents of Riverstone Manor and will be asking for gift donations for these adult residents.

Shoe Box Ministry
We will be participating in the Shoe Box Ministry to send small boxes of gifts to children outside of our community.

• During November, our Harvest Home celebration collects all canned and boxed food items and donates them to the Food Bank.
• In February, we host "Souper Sunday" and collect canned soup items for the Food Bank.
• At Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter our church collects and donates 300 cans of green beans for each holiday meal.
• In May, our congregations stocks the SOAP closet (Save Our Appearance Please). Donations of bar soap, laundry detergent, toilet tissue and toothpaste are collected and delivered to the Food Bank
• In June, we provide packing assistants for NL Food Bank clients.
• During the summer, when school is not in session, the Food Bank attempts to pack and provide lunch "snack packs" for client children. Donations of miscellaneous foods for lunches and snacks for children are collected and delivered to the Food Bank.
  

Annual Free Clothing Days
This event happens in the beginning of August (dates to be announced). Free clothing for men, women and children distributed at the church at designated times. See Events page for details.
